Refund policy

If something is wrong with your order, contact us through the Contact page with your order number and photos where relevant.

Items and gift sets must be unworn, unused, and in their original packaging to be reviewed for return eligibility.

Returns must be requested within 30 days of the delivery date. If the return is related to color fading covered by our 12-month color guarantee, Ornalio covers return shipping; for all other returns, return shipping is paid by the customer.

We do not offer exchanges. If you would like a different item, you may return an eligible item under this policy and place a new order.

We do not charge a restocking fee for eligible returns.

After we receive and inspect an eligible return, we will issue any approved refund to the original payment method within 10 business days of receiving the returned item. Your bank or card issuer may require additional time to post the credit to your account.
