Do waterproof stacking rings actually stay looking good?

With 316L stainless steel and PVD coating, yes - the finish holds up better than standard gold plating at the high-friction contact points rings experience. PVD integrates with the metal surface rather than just depositing on top.

Can I shower and swim with rings on?

Yes. ORNALIO rings are water-resistant by material design. Rinse after saltwater or pool use. Remove before using cleaning products, bleach, or acetone - those are more aggressive than water and can affect any metal finish over time.
