If something is wrong with your order, contact us through the Contact page with your order number and photos where relevant.

Items must be unworn, unused, and in their original packaging to be reviewed for return eligibility. For hygiene reasons, earrings may be limited to defect-related returns only.

Final return windows, shipping responsibility, and exceptions should be reviewed before launch.
