12-Month Color Guarantee
What the guarantee covers
ORNALIO offers a 12-month color guarantee on all PVD-coated pieces. If your jewelry loses its color from normal everyday wear within 12 months of receiving your order, we will replace it free of charge.
What is covered
- Color fading or loss from regular daily wear
- Discoloration that occurs under normal conditions (showering, swimming, sweating)
What is not covered
- Physical damage from impact, bending, or misuse
- Damage from exposure to harsh chemicals (bleach, chlorine in high concentrations, perfume applied directly to jewelry)
- Normal scratches on the metal surface
- Loss or theft
How to make a claim
To submit a guarantee claim:
- Email us at support@ornalio.com with the subject line Guarantee Claim
- Include your order number
- Attach a clear photo of the affected piece
We will review your claim within 3 business days and arrange a replacement if approved.
About PVD coating
ORNALIO jewelry uses Physical Vapor Deposition (PVD) coating on 316L stainless steel — a process that bonds color more durably than standard gold plating. With proper care, PVD-coated pieces typically maintain their finish for 2–5 years. The 12-month guarantee is our commitment that your piece will perform as expected from day one.
Care tips to extend the life of your piece
- Rinse with fresh water after exposure to salt water or chlorine
- Pat dry rather than rubbing
- Apply perfume and lotions before putting on jewelry
- Store in the pouch provided when not wearing
